Welcome to The Peace Kids

The Peace Kids is a network aimed at inspiring kids like you, and helping you see that you can change the world. Working through the classroom and using online tools, you will learn about real heroes - the winners of the Nobel Peace Prize-- and how these otherwise "ordinary" people changed the world and made it better.

The Peace Kids is a brand new program, it was just launched in December, 2008 by TheCommunity.com, a group that has been working with the Nobel Peace Prize winners for more than 8 years.

We hope you'll take a minute to join The Peace Kids, and share some of your hopes and ideas with our community. You can be one of the first to start a blog, comment on our stories and other kids' blogs, and talk things over with other kids from all over the world in our forums.
